Latest updates about General Election results of Pakistan– Result of general election 2018 in Pakistan are out now and trends show that former Pakistani cricket team captain and the leader of Pakistani Political Party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf aka PTI Imran Khan is all set to form the government in Pakistan. Imran Khan is already leading on 118 seats out of 272 seats. Thus he is just 19 seats away from becoming the Prime minister of Pakistan.
In the Pakistan general election 2018 many big names got defeated this time including Former education minister Balighur Rehman, who served in the Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Cabinet, got defeated, as have former law and home minister Rana Sana Ullah, and PML-N candidates Tehmina Daultana, Tallal Chaudhary also lost. Similarly another major Pakistani political Party Pakistan Muslim League aka PML lead by Shehbaz Sharif the brother of former Pakistani prime minister Nawaz Sharif also got defeated to many seats but still became the 2nd major Party. Bilawal Bhutto’s Pakistan Peoples Party is the third major party with leads on 38 seats.
On the other hand, Mumbai attack mastermind and Pakistani terrorist organization Jamaat-ud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed got rejected by Pakistani voters as none of the candidates associated with extremism in past have leads.
However All major political parties including PML-N, PPP, MMA, NP, etc have rejected the Pakistan Genral election results 2018. Senator Mir Hasil Khan Bezinjo, the National Party president, told The Guardian,
“The election was completely rigged, one of the worst elections in the history of Pakistan. We will not accept the result. All major political parties who rejected the result will hold a press conference on Friday in Islamabad in order to decide their future course of action concerning the rigged elections.”
